Steve Martin built Charisma Construction on the values of honesty, transparency, and dedication, principles he learned through his years as an Eagle Scout. And his commitment to integrity, learned as a policeman, helps every client feel informed, respected, and confident in their project.
A graduate of Faulkner University, Steve earned his bachelor’s in English while serving as the President of Sigma Tau Delta. His background in English bridges the gap between vision and execution through clear and direct communication.
Steve leads with heart and hard work. With a positive attitude and hands-on experience, Steve leads by example, inspiring his team to deliver expertly crafted work. His dedication and appreciation for his community make him a trusted name in Loveland and in Northern Colorado.
